What is MS word?
Ms word is a complete word processing Application Software
Developed by Microsoft Office it is also known as WinWord by this we can create
a new document, change into old document, share and protect them.
Element of MS WORD
a.
Title bar
→
This are found the top most part of window in which Document name and other
option are situated. यह विंडो का सबसे ऊपरी भाग पाया जाता है जिसमें दस्तावेज़ का नाम और अन्य विकल्प स्थित होते हैं।

Minimize – This is Found in the Title bar by
this we can hide the current window in the task bar. यह टाइटल बार में पाया जाता है इसके द्वारा हम टास्क बार में वर्तमान
विंडो को छिपा सकते हैं।
c.
Maximize/Restore down → This option also found in the title bar by
this we can decrease or increase the window size on the screen ( when we
increase the Window size that process is called maximize and when we Decrease
the window size that process is called Restore down) यह विकल्प शीर्षक पट्टी में भी पाया जाता है, इसके द्वारा हम स्क्रीन
पर विंडो आकार को घटा या बढ़ा सकते हैं (जब हम विंडो आकार बढ़ाते हैं तो उस प्रक्रिया को अधिकतम कहा जाता है और जब हम विंडो आकार घटाते हैं तो उस प्रक्रिया को रिस्टोर डाउन कहा जाता है)

left, right the page

Text Writing Area → The area where user write
their document is Text writing area.

Zooming Bar → This are found in status bar by
which we can increase or decrease the page appearance

Status Bar → In this area some detail are
display such as ( Number of paragraph, number of line , number of words etc.)

Bar → This are found at the lowest part
of the screen in which start button and minimized application are situated.

Clipboard Group
a.
Cut =ctrl+X → By this option we can change the position of Selected text or an object.

Copy=ctrl+C → By this option we can create a
duplicate of Selected text or an object.

Paste=ctrl+V → By this option we can display out
the Cut or copied Text or object.

Format Painter = ctrl+Shift+C → This option copies
the format of selected text such as color effect, style effect, size effect etc
and apply at another text.

Font → by this option we can change the writing
style for the document.

Font Size → this option change the Selected text
size.

Increase Font Size = Ctrl+shift+> → This
option Grow the Text size.

Change Case → By this option we can Change
Writing method such as (Sentence Case, Upper
case, Lower Case, Toggle Case and Capitalize Each word)

thickness of Selected Text.

Under line = Ctrl+U → This option add a line
under the selected text.

Strikethrough → This option add line at the
center of text which is indicate that crossed text is a false text.

power value of selected text.

of selected text.

Text Effect → This option changes the style of
selected text by one click.

highlight color → By this option we can Change the Selected text background

Select all Document at a time.

Select object → This option can select inserted
object (Shapes ) by mouse in this process first we have to click on select
object option then by mouse drag the area where shapes are inserted.

select only alike formatted text such as same color, font etc.

Selection pane → This option show the detail of
inserted object such as images or shapes, also we can hide the object by using
selection pane.

corner (Ruler) size.

cursor point and make a new page.
